In 2018, ProMedica acquired HCR ManorCare, now ProMedica Senior Care, and charted a new course of care for the nation’s aging population. There is a basic understanding that the health and well-being of patients not only occurs within the walls of a particular facility, but outside factors need to be considered as well.
